As a leading Youth Organization in the East Palo Alto area, we believe that today’s children are the leaders of tomorrow. As an ongoing commitment to empower our community’s youth, The Cooline Organization prides itself on providing nurturing environments for children to reach and fulfill their potential. 

We work to hire top-notch teen and adult staff & volunteers and a diverse leadership team & a board of directors. We make mistakes though, so please share your concern here. You can file a complaint about challenges with staff, volunteers, leadership team members, policies, events, projects or program safety. We treat all complaints with respect and our board of directors will investigate any complaint filed.
